A: Our fairings are not OEM, nor original. They are aftermarket ABS Fairings.
2. Q: How are the kit and fairing color?
A: We don't use color code to paint, so we cannot guarantee for 100% that our fairing color will be 100% the same as your original kit. We cannot provide color code, so before you buy it, you should read our product’s picture carefully.
3. Q: About kit’s installing introduction.
A: All of our products are not provided with installing introduction. If you have any problem when installing our products, please contact us.
4. Q: How long does it take before fairing delivery?
A: Before delivery, every fairing needs 7-10 days to be made. But sometimes because of the effect of weather, painting will be delayed for about 2-3 days.
5. Q: About fairing packing.
A: We use professional package to ship your fairing, with the protection of foam and sponge material.
6. Q: What can you do when you received broken fairing?
A: Due to this is an International shipment, there are a lot of uncertainties during the shipment, so there may be broken happens. But please don't worry, please take some pictures of the broken fairing, then send to us. We will resolve your problem.
7．Q: Do you sell single or some certain parts of fairing?
A: We don't sell single or parts of fairing.
8. Q: Does the price of fairing or kit include custom?
A: All the item’s price does not contain custom.
9. Q: Will the item I buy require custom paying?
A: Custom paying is different according to different countries. We will try our best to avoid the possible custom for you, such as, USA,AU,UK and Canada, custom may not be paid in these countries in normal, while in some countries, like Italy, France, Germany and Belgium, custom are very strict, so it is very likely to be paid.
10. Q: What are included in a series of fairing? Is there screw inside, which is needed when installing?
A: A fairing package includes certain quantity of fairing parts, a free windscreen and an installed heatshield. but fairing screw and other installing hardware are not included.
11. Q: Do you accept telegraphic money order or other ways of payment?
A: Generally speaking, we accept only paypal payment, but according to customer’s inquiry, we accept also some small amount of telegraphic money order and Western Union, but don't accept cheque.
12. Q: Do you accept custom fairing as we request? Does it cost?
A: We can make fairing for you as you like, for free of extra money. We can make or personalized your own color, picture and logo. In order to get a good effect, please send us a sample picture before we make it for you.
13. Q: About combine shipping, can we purchase many items but just pay one shipping cost?
A: Our shipping cost depends on the weight of our products, so even though you buy many items, you need to pay every shipping cost. But if the quantity is large, we will give you some discount.
14. Q: Can you transport to Brazil, Poland or Italy?
A: Sorry, we don't shipping to Brazil, Poland or Italy.
15. Q: Are the fairings you sell painted? Can they be installed in the bike directly without fixing?
A: The fairings we sell are painted already, they can be installed in your bike directly, no need to fix.
